Recycling has become effortless with the help of ReFlow! The platform’s guides are designed to make recycling easy and user-friendly, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective process. Users also receive feedback on their recycling habits and how they contribute to the city’s environmental goals. The platform can be displayed on building or apartment screens that show relevant information tailored to the user’s location, making recycling smoother. In Stockholm Royal Seaport, Sweden, 67% of residents have modified their households to recycle more effectively and reduce waste. This includes more meticulous sorting and increased use of food waste disposers, thanks to the ReFlow user experience.

An interactive and cost-effective digital solution

ReFlow improves the pneumatic waste system’s performance by providing guidance on alternative inlets and enabling end-users to report errors. By analysing these reports, the smart system has the potential to resolve the issues automatically, reducing the need for manual maintenance and providing a seamless user experience.

Additionally, inlet QR codes allow guests or users without the app to report errors. For example, in Stockholm Royal Seaport in Sweden, the error reporting service, accessible via ReFlow and QR codes, is widely appreciated: 30% of reports are made via the app, while 70% are reported using QR codes on waste chutes.
