Today, the people living on only two percent of the world’s landmass, in the city, is responsible for most of the world’s carbon emissions and energy consumption. With a rapidly increasing global urbanization, the pressure on our climate and resources will only get worse unless we do something.
We provide game-changing, smart, and sustainable waste collection systems that improve quality-of-life and measurably reduce the city’s impact on the environment, improving the city’s image, brand and attractiveness.
With the Envac system, waste handling becomes an integrated part of the urban infrastructure, just like water, sewage, or any other service provided by the city. As the demand for recycling and zero waste increases, so does the need for waste rooms and recycling stations as well as frequent collection and routes for collection vehicles.
In contrast, our waste inlets are automatically emptied and the waste is transported out of the area in underground pipes. This saves bin space inside and outside the buildings and reduces the need for collection routes. The freed-up space can be used for green areas, pedestrian walkways, and bicycle lanes, or smaller businesses, bike repair shops etc.
The Envac system is hermetically closed. Our inlets can be fitted with contactless technology to make the disposal safe and hygienic. System operators does not have to enter the area to get the waste out.
This way, our system provides safer working conditions for cleaning staff, resulting in fewer injuries and disability leaves.

Waste collection station
The waste collection station is located as far away as possible from the apartments, ideally close to a mainroad.
With Envac there is no longer need for trucks to drive up to each building to collect household waste, it is
collected at the terminal building only.
The area becomes less noisy, the street environment safer and the air cleaner.

Conventional waste collection leads to a lot of heavy collection traffic. Trucks have to go into residential and commercial areas to collect waste at the buildings. With the Envac system, this is not necessary.
Our waste inlets are connected to an underground pipe network that transports the waste to a collection station as far as 2 km from the inlets. At the collection station, the waste is stored in large containers, collected only when full. The whole operation from inlet to container is managed by Envac’s smart automation platform.
All these features combined means that the Envac system help reducing heavy traffic and associated emissions with up to 90 per cent in the area. Traffic jams, noise and unsafe street environment related to collection traffic are avoided. This makes our system a natural choice when making the city smarter, cleaner and more sustainable.

Businesses, from retail shops to single office buildings and hotels, benefit from connecting to our system. It is also installed in large scale operations like university campuses, industrial parks and amusement parks. For destruction of confidential documents, a shredder is incorporated.
